Meet Kim Kelly, EAKim is a graduate from California State University San Marcos. Go Cougars! Kim obtained her Enrolled Agent status with the Internal Revenue Service. Kim is a distinguished member of many local and national tax organizations: California Society of Tax Consultants (CSTC), California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA) and National Society of Accountants. In her spare time, Kim enjoys horseback riding, camping in the desert with with friends + family, and being active with Ramona Rocks Group.

Meet Richard RafterRichard holds a Masters Degree in Chemistry from San Diego State University. Rich assists our Enrolled Agent and CPA during the busy season by sending out client tax organizers, assisting in tax newsletters, and making guest appointments. Richard has a formidable record as an avid member of the Santee, Fallbrook and Poway volunteer Sheriff departments, begining in 1993. Richard enjoys going to car shows and recently completed a ground up restoration of a 1936 TA MG.

What do the staff designations mean?
EA: Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years. An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a three part exam on taxation. Kim can represent taxpayers in situations like audits, collections and appeals.
CPA: A certified public accountant (CPA) is a designation given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to individuals that pass the Uniform CPA Examination and meet the education and experience requirements.
